Learn the basics of a modified Ashtanga yoga primary series. This class is challenging — modifications will be provided for all levels. Come ready to move and explore what this classical practice has to offer.
Join us for free community yoga at The Meadows Library! All levels welcome. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. A wonderful opportunity to connect with your community through mindful movement.
The best of both worlds — a deep yin yoga practice infused with live Reiki energy transmission. Long passive holds release tension stored in the connective tissue while Reiki flows through the room, supporting your nervous system in letting go of what the week has left behind. No experience needed. Come as you are.
Designed specifically for beginners. This class is a slow paced hatha/vinyasa hybrid — trauma-informed, non-competitive, and welcoming to every ability level. You'll learn new poses, breathwork, and leave with a grounding energy practice you can use at home. No flexibility required. Just show up! More advanced modifications will be given for students of more advanced practice.
Your voice is medicine. And now, I'll teach you how to use it. This class opens with 20 minutes of guided vocal toning: humming, vowel sounds, and resonance work that vibrates through your fascia and signals safety to your nervous system. No singing experience needed. No performance. Just sound. From there we drop into a yin practice, and the difference in how your body opens after toning is something you have to feel to understand. We close in savasana. Expect to leave feeling quiet inside.
Pisces is the most intuitive, feeling-oriented sign of the zodiac. This class is built in its image! We move through fluid, water vinyasa sequences designed to unlock the hips, soften the chest, and open the channels of emotional intelligence. We will conclude with a guided meditation and sound bath. Whether you follow astrology or not, you'll feel the difference when movement is designed to match the energy of the season.
Yoga Nidra, known as yogic sleep, guides you into the threshold between waking and sleeping — the most receptive state your nervous system can enter. While you rest in this deeply open state, 1:1 Reiki will be provided. Most students report feeling more rested after 60 minutes of Yoga Nidra than after a full night of sleep. This is complete restoration.
The Spring Equinox marks the moment light overtakes darkness. This is a powerful threshold for planting intentions and releasing what no longer belongs to you. This ceremonial class weaves gentle yoga, guided ritual, candlelight, and sacred space into one experience. We open with intention setting, move through a grounding flow, and close with a release ceremony and Reiki blessing. Come with something you're ready to call in. Come with something you're ready to let go. Leave lighter than you arrived.
