Reiki isn’t a one time fix. Its a journey. Deep healing happens in layers.
Here’s what typically happens:
Sessions 1-2: Release and Relief. You release surface tension and feel immediate relief. Your nervous system begins to feel safe enough to relax. Many client report sleeping better and feeling lighter after their first sessions.
Sessions 3-4: Deeper Patterns Emerge. As your body feels safer, deeper emotional and energetic patterns begin to surface. This is where real shifts start happening- old wounds can finally be processed and released.Sessions 5-8: Core Transformation. With consistent work, core wounds heal and lasting transformation takes root. This is the when clients report life changing shifts in relationship, physical health, and emotional well being.
Most clients see their biggest breakthroughs after their 4th session, once we’ve built energetic momentum and trust together. -

Nope! Reiki works whether you believe in it or not. It’s like gravity; you don’t have to understand it for it to exist. Many first-time clients come in skeptical and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and amazed by their experience.

Energy isn’t bound by time or space. Distance Reiki works just like an in-person session but is done remotely. You’ll still receive the same healing effects whether you’re in the next city or across the world. Many clients love receiving Reiki from the comfort of their own homes!
