Reiki Classes in Las Vegas: What to Actually Expect (Level by Level)

So you want to learn Reiki. Maybe you felt something powerful during a session and thought, "I need to do that." That’s how I felt. Maybe you're a healthcare worker looking to add energy healing to your toolkit. Maybe you just have a gut feeling that this is your next step.

Whatever brought you here….yasss. Let's talk about what learning Reiki actually looks like.

Why Learn Reiki?

Here's something most people don't realize: Reiki isn't just for practitioners who want to work on other people. Learning Reiki Level 1 is one of the most practical self healing tools you can pick up. You'll be able to work on yourself… your body, your anxiety, your pain, your sleep, your stress…anytime, anywhere, for the rest of your life.

That's not a sales pitch ;) That's just what happens when you learn to work with your own energy system.

Level 1: The Foundation

This is where everyone starts, and it's honestly where the biggest transformation happens for most people. In Level 1, you'll learn:

  • The history and principles of Reiki (the real history, not the watered-down version)

  • Hand positions for self-treatment and treating others

  • How to feel and work with energy

  • How Reiki interacts with your nervous system

  • Your first attunement….which is the energetic activation that opens the channel (feels so amazing… I burst out crying tears of joy)

My Level 1 class comes with a comprehensive training manual that I built from scratch. We're talking 70+ pages of detailed instruction, practice guides, anatomy of the energy body, and ethics. This isn't a pamphlet and a pat on the back. You leave my class prepared.

After 30 days of self practice with Level 1, you can practice Reiki on yourself and on CLOSE friends and family.

Level 2: The Practitioner Level

This is where things get interesting. Level 2 introduces the sacred Reiki symbols, distance healing (yes, it works… I've done plenty of remote sessions), and emotional/mental healing techniques. If you want to start working professionally with clients, this is the level that prepares you to do so!

You'll also go deeper into intuition development and learn how to set up a session from start to finish with confidence and structure.

I also include monthly free support follow up practice sessions where you can ask questions and refine your reiki practice.

Level 3 / Master / Teacher

This is the deep end. Master Teacher training is for people who feel called to teach and attune others. It's not a weekend add-on. It requires a real commitment to the practice and to your own continued growth.

I don't rush people through this. If you're ready, you'll know. And I'll know. It’s broken up into 3 different parts. Level 3. Master. Then teacher.

What Makes My Classes Different

I've done over 700 hours of training myself — not just in Reiki, but in therapeutic yoga, trauma-informed practices, and clairvoyant healing. When I teach I pull from all of it. My classes aren't just "repeat after me" energy work. There are ways I help integrate the practices for you. I intuitively can find the best ways to teach you. We talk about nervous system science… energetic anatomy, boundaries, ethics, and the real-world application of everything you learn!

I also keep my classes small and intentional. I am also open to teaching 1:1 for select students. This is not a lecture hall. It's a hands on, deeply personal experience with LOTS OF LOVE!

And yes… my classes are fully queer and minority welcoming. EVERYONE can learn to connect, no lifestyle (except hatred) is excluded.

What Students Say

The most common thing I hear from students after Level 1 is some version of: "I didn't know I could feel this different." When you learn to actively work with your own energy, you stop being at the mercy of every stressor, every bad night's sleep, every emotional hit that comes your way. You have a tool. And that changes everything.
